We are now looking for a new colleague to our international Support team!
The Support team is a central part of Tobii Technology. We work with technical support of our advanced and exciting eye tracking products - both software and hardware. We also support our customers by providing documentation like FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
We are looking for a service-minded problem-solver with a technical interest and knowledge. You enjoy having daily contact with our customers, mainly over the phone. You will be working from the main office in Stockholm, giving support in Norwegian, Swedish and English.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support and troubleshooting over the phone and by email.
Creating documentation and support material.
Conference and customer visits.
Previous experience from support and customer service is no requirement but qualifying. So is experience or interest in the Assistive Technology field. You are fluent in Norwegian and Swedish and have good knowledge in English.
